Product characteristics:

The solid is yellow powder, also known as polyaluminum. Polymeric aluminum, with the general molecular formula [AL2(OH)nc16-n]m, (m≦10; n≦5), is a new type of high-efficiency inorganic polymer flocculant. Its aqueous solution is between aluminum trichloride. The molecular weight of hydrolyzate is larger than that of general inorganic flocculants.

As a water purification agent, polyaluminium chloride has strong adaptability to various water qualities. It has a particularly significant flocculation and sedimentation effect on high turbidity water. The applied pH value is in the range of 5-9. The treatment effect of Diwen water is relatively good. The flocculated alum flowers form blocks, the particles are dense and heavy, and easy to settle, which can shorten the settling time. The effluent has low turbidity, small color, good filterability, and can shorten the filtration cycle. It contains high alumina and low dosage, which can reduce water control costs. It is less corrosive, good for pipeline protection, easy to use, easy to store and transport, and its effect remains unchanged if it deliquesces.

Main uses

Polyaluminium chloride can sterilize, deodorize, decolorize, remove fluorine, aluminium, chromium, phenol, remove oil, remove turbidity, remove heavy metal salts, remove radioactive pollutants, etc. It is widely used in purifying domestic water, domestic sewage, industrial water, industrial wastewater, mines, oilfield reinjection water, and papermaking, metallurgy, coal washing, leather and various chemical wastewater treatment. In industrial production, it is used in papermaking sizing, printing and dyeing, cement accelerator, precision casting hardener, refractory adhesive, glycerin refining, syrup refining, cloth wrinkle prevention, medicine, cosmetics and other industries.

Usage:

Dilute the solid product into a solution with 5-10% alumina content and add it into the water. Choose the best pH value for addition, the effect is ideal. Generally, 0.5-2kg of the agent is added for every 100t of turbid water. When the turbidity is high, the dosage should be appropriately increased; when the turbidity is low, the dosage should be appropriately reduced. H+ is continuously generated during the hydrolysis reaction of polyaluminium chloride, which will reduce the pH of the water and is not conducive to hydrolysis. Therefore, some lime should be added appropriately to control the pH at neutral or weak alkaline to meet the needs of the hydrolysis reaction.
