Product Features:
Anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) is a linear polymer copolymerized by anionic monomers and acrylamide. It has the appearance of white powder particles, and the molecular weight ranges from 6 million to 25 million. It has good water solubility, can be dissolved in water in any proportion and is insoluble in organic solvents. The effective pH value range is 7 to 14. It has the characteristics of a high polymer electrolyte in a neutral alkaline medium, is sensitive to salt electrolytes, and can be cross-linked with high-valent metal ions to form an insoluble gel.
Product Use:
For suspended particles, coarse, high-concentration, positively charged particles, and sewage with neutral or alkaline pH values, since the anionic polyacrylamide molecular chain contains a certain amount of polar groups that can adsorb suspended solid particles in the water, bridge the particles to form large floccules. Therefore, it accelerates the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, has a very obvious effect of accelerating the clarification of the solution, and promoting filtration.
